6am-2pm, shift Duty
today i fasted just like any other muslims. didn't thought i could make it but i did...work was so so today i didn't even dare to count my percentage. maybe i just passed maybe not. since i'm on off tomorrow all i could think of was home and running my errands. after daily review with VP, i went by to ms top's desk to see how is things coping up with him. looks like all is fine :-) but of course it takes time to learnt everything...it took me almost a year to know what is going on...i'm a slow learner...like they say slowly but surely...
after work i went to the cobler to send my 3 heels for repair, one thing about charles & keith the sole always never last long, after like a few wears the soles always need to be replaced. after that i feel it's like a brand new pair of heels and that is what i like. right after that i went to the dvd shop to rent a movie(permonition, starring sandra bullock). and after that i went to centerpoint to get my shampoo and guess what i met someone a long time hello-bye friend. we exchange a few words and guess what i asked for her name. i was honest of not remebering her name...at least i didn't pretend right...
after buying my shampoo i heeded straight home, fell asleep in the cab and once i got home without futher a do, i took a nap...whenever i'm on 6-2pm shift napping is important. it's to replace the hours of sleep that i have missed...this 6am shift got plus and minus. the good thing is you finish early and the bad thing is you have to wake up early. when i'm on this shift my usual wake up time is at 4.30am and if i'm sharing cab with mountain, cm or tingtang my wake up time would be at 4.20am. my usual sleeping time will then be around 930pm and that's the time of my evening news on 5. lately i have been sleeping late all because of the channel 8 drama(like father like daughter)anyway i'm planning to go back to the same routine by Tuesday as tonight is the final episode of that drama...
one thing about having enough sleep i will feel energized to go to work and very happy to take calls. last saturday i had a guest who calls up to arrange for a transfer for himself and his family. upon keying in the confirmation number the hotel that came up on the screen was LM Phuket Beach Resort. the next moment i knew i had a connection coming up...and when the time was right i connected with him, by sharing my experience...as i'm typing this i could imagine him with his family enjoying their holidays. they are staying there for 5 nights.
so connection is as easy as one two three when you have experience the hotel if not then it's a hurdle...how to overcome this...?
